                                                                    Absolutely No!!

Same for Paints also

Interior and Exterior paint has different properties.

Many people think exterior paints offer better long-term results when used indoors, but this is not true.

Exterior paints are often softer and more prone to scuffing. They are high-odor and release more VOCs (volatile organic compounds) than interior paints while they cure. They are not as washable or stain-resistant.
Conversely, interior paints are not a good choice for outdoor projects because they are prone to peeling when exposed to temperature flux and moisture, and Less Uv Resistance

Interior paints are formulated to resist scrubbing, staining and cleaning, while exterior paints are formulated to prevent fading and UV resistance.

Interior and exterior paints use different types of resins, binders and pigment

Exterior paints must be flexible to accommodate temperature changes and exposure to moisture,
Exterior paints have to be highly durable with an exceptional resistance to peeling and chipping.

Interior paints are not exposed to huge temperature changes or excessive moisture
